HERE’S THE THING-

On the day of your wedding, it might feel like a big production. At times you might even feel like you’re putting on a bit of a show. I’ve witnessed some awe-inspiring extravagance in my 15+ years in this biz.

So it makes sense that a lot of wedding filmmakers go for scope. Big camera rigs, bright lights, sweeping drone shots, and waaay too much slo-mo.

So then why do wedding videos always seem to put you to sleep?

Here’s my opinion: Sure, aspects of the day might feel like a big production. But that’s not the part you’ll remember.

You’ll remember the little stuff. You’ll remember the drive between locations. You’ll remember that ridiculous song your best man made up. You’ll remember having to pick your jaw up off the dance floor after seeing Aunt Linda go off when WAP came on. You’ll remember seeing your dad cry for like the second time since they invented crying. You’ll remember it like a warm, imperfect, grainy home movie from when you were a kid.

My aim is to capture it like that. I shoot your wedding like it’s a home movie. I shoot your wedding like it’s a happy memory — because that’s what it will be.
